Abstract: An electroacoustic transducer includes a low density diffusing volume which supports on its periphery at least one electrically conductive circuit through which an electric signal representative of the signal to be emitted passes. Magnets are mechanically connected to the diffusing volume's periphery. The magnets provide a magnetic field whose field lines surround the conductive circuits which is positioned on the diffusing volume's periphery. Several embodiments are presented, as well as several modes of electrical connections between the circuit emitting the electrical signals and the conductive circuits.
