Patent number: 7654430Abstract: A coil nailing device for finishing materials is invented that comprises a standby part for temporarily retaining and loading the nails into a muzzle. A door is installed adjacent to the standby part to check the nail supply. A door latch consists of a hook, coil spring and latch hinge shaft. The door and door latch are operated in the lateral direction, perpendicular to the axis of the main body. The muzzle consists of an adapter, lever arm and a pair of arc-shaped sliding grooves formed on both lateral surfaces. The adapter is attachable to the nose of the main body. A clearance setting device is designed to allow the use of various sizes of nails by setting the depth of the magazine depending on the loaded nail size. An interval setting device is convenient to nail a series of shingle panels by setting the panel interval while the coil nailing device is sliding along the edge of the panels.Type: GrantFiled: January 10, 2008Date of Patent: February 2, 2010Assignee: Jeil Tacker Co. Patent number: 7635072Abstract: A tacker having an anti-double firing devise for a single firing mode has developed comprising: a connector (100?) for linearly moving back and forth along an ejection guide (4) when the tacker is depressed or released on a work target, a detent (100a?) formed a tiny rectangular shaped cutout at proximal end of the connector (100?), a firing control plate (94) for pushing a piston valve rod (12) by its stroke into a cylinder of an operating unit (10) according to the movement of the connector (100?), and an anti-double firing controller (102) forming an index-finger shape with slightly bent finger tip, which has a flat top surface and a rounded-tip lower surface for easily engaging or disengaging to the detent (100a?). The anti-double firing controller (102) is latched into the detent (100a?) soon after a firing for preventing subsequent misfiring on the same target due to a repulsion of the connector (100?) for a single firing mode.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2005Date of Patent: December 22, 2009Assignee: JEIL TACKER Co. Patent number: 7520413Abstract: A jam-resistant tacker apparatus is invented, comprising a slit for engagement with an upper pin at the upper ends of a plurality of pin guides mounted to a magazine cover and forming a seating recess for receiving the upper pin at a predetermined position of the magazine so that the forward and backward movement range of the pin guides is increased, and by providing a spring having less elasticity than the spring of a pusher at the upper rear ends of the plurality of pin guides so that a tacker pin and the pusher can be guided while remaining in close contact. The present tacker apparatus is able to prevent of the problem of jammed tacker pins, by applying a horizontal elasticity for stably guiding the tacker pin horizontally in addition to an upward elasticity for moving the tacker pin upward.Type: GrantFiled: December 26, 2007Date of Patent: April 21, 2009Assignee: Jeil Tacker Co., Ltd.Inventors: Bo-Seob Cho, Jong-Yeol Han

Patent number: 7389901Abstract: Disclosed herein is a nailer having an improved safety device. With the improved safety device, a movable plate, which is adapted to slidably move along a lower surface of a guiding unit, is formed, at a certain location thereof, with an insertion hole for the insertion of a protrusion formed at a trigger. Thereby, if the trigger is pulled in a pressed state of the movable plate, a nailing operation is accomplished. Also, in the course of pulling the trigger, the movable plate can be further inserted rearward by a predetermined distance under interaction of the insertion hole and protrusion. This has the effect of eliminating the risk of causing scratches on a nailing surface of a target structure even if the movable plate is moved while coming into close contact, at a front end thereof, with the nailing surface, resulting in several advantages, such as for example, easy nailing operation, operator's convenient working posture, and rapid and safe nailing operation.Type: GrantFiled: March 7, 2007Date of Patent: June 24, 2008Assignee: Jeil Tacker Co., LtdInventors: Bo-Seob Cho, Jong-Yeol Han, Jin-Won Kim
