The illumination panel extends from the base between the first end and the second. The illumination panel reflects light emitted from the at least one LED. A solar panel receptacle is positioned at the second end of the illumination panel. A solar panel housing is removably attached to the solar panel receptacle. The solar panel housing has a solar panel to power the at least one LED.
