Abstract: To support user-friendly services for error reporting or for possible feedback information on faulty or outdated digital maps and/or additional services of navigation systems, a computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for transmission of feedback-information is provided, the method comprising receiving a first message comprising a registered error in a digital map at a server from a user over a mobile device; and sending a second message for a possibility of providing feedback-information from the server to the user over a network, wherein the second message comprises the registered error and context information on the registered error.
