Abstract: The system includes an electronic identification device operating in communication over a network with a software application. The approach includes hardware and software to communicate, signal and clearly identify the location of a delivery customer or delivery agent. Various components of the embodiments include wireless communication, enabled hardware, RF technology, web application software and network connectivity. A programmable electronic device syncs with another device and through internet connectivity to provide a perceptible signal. The approach can be used in connection with the delivery of goods or services, to inform services exactly where they are going and clearly indicate a corresponding delivery agent for any other purpose.
