Abstract: A multifunctional tactical device for fire, police, military and other tactical invasive and protective actions includes: a) a claw head having a ram region and a claw region, the ram region having a top of a predetermined width and a bottom that has a predetermined width that is at least 30% wider than the top predetermined width, the claw head having a front with a flat ram area at the ram region, and having a back with a handle attachment, the claw region having a plurality of claws extending downwardly from the bottom of the ram region; b) an elongated handle member having a proximal end and a distal end and being connected to the claw head handle attachment at the distal end.

Abstract: A to a non-combustible, tactical flash device includes a non-spherical hollow main housing having a plurality of flat surfaces, adapted to hold internal functional components. The internal functional components include: (i.) an externally exposed activation component located on the main housing; (ii.) a power connected to the activation component and to a control chip; (iii.) the control chip also being connected to at least one speaker and at least one light source, the control chip including capabilities for delay of processing of other commands upon initiation of the activation component, and for subsequent processing of other commands including sound delivery to at least one speaker and/or light activation to at least one light source. Optionally, a beacon transmitter may also be included.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a tactical carrying pack for back-supported transport of a payload, comprising a vertical base plate having a front and a back and having an upright support connection section thereon. There is also a left shoulder bar having a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion of the left shoulder bar extending forward in an inverted hook shape for hooking over a shoulder. The left shoulder bar is hingedly connected at its bottom portion to the upright support connection section so as to at least rotate through an arc from a first position to a second position and from the second position to the first position. The first position is a substantially vertical position and the second position is a non-vertical position. There is also a right shoulder bar having a top portion and a bottom portion, the top portion of the right shoulder bar extending forward in an inverted hook shape for hooking over a shoulder.

Abstract: A disposable handcuff system restrains a person's wrists. The system has a flexible tie comprising a locking head, an elongated, substantially planar strap extending from the locking head having a through passageway, and a locking sleeve. The locking head and the locking sleeve have stops that permit the end of the strap to be readily inserted through the passageway and the locking sleeve, but inhibit withdrawal of the strap after it has been tightened around the wrists of the subject.
