Abstract: A CD driver array cabinet includes a storage bin. A supporting frame is arranged in the storage bin and is provided with a plurality of mounting sites arrayed in rows and columns. Processing units are installed in the mounting sites. Each processing unit includes a box and at least one CD driver, and the box has an open front side and a back side provided with a connecting plate, a circuit board is installed on the back side of the connecting plate, and the CD drivers are installed in the box. The CD driver array cabinet can process a large batch of CDs at the same time and facilitate unified management of CDs, thereby improving work efficiency and being convenient to maintain.

Abstract: A multi-axis mechanical gripper includes a bottom moving mechanism, a vertical moving mechanism slidably connected to the bottom moving mechanism, horizontal moving mechanisms slidably connected to the vertical moving mechanism, and clamping devices slidably connected to the horizontal moving mechanisms and used for clamping materials. The clamping devices can be adjusted to the position of to-be-clamped materials through the cooperation of the bottom moving mechanism, the vertical moving mechanism and the horizontal moving mechanisms. The mechanical gripper is able to move along multiple axes, thereby being high in transfer efficiency, simple in structure, high in automation degree and capable of effectively relieving the labor intensity of workers.

Abstract: An automatic CD processing facility includes a mechanical gripper used for clamping a CD, storage cabinets located on side faces of the mechanical gripper and used for storing CDs, and a CD driver array cabinet located in front of or/and behind the mechanical gripper and used for processing the CDs. the CDs are placed in the storage cabinets and then are transferred by the mechanical gripper into the CD driver array cabinet to be processed, and after being processed, the CDs are taken out of the CD driver array cabinet to be placed back into the storage cabinets by the mechanical gripper. The automatic CD processing facility is high in automation degree, replaces traditional manual operation to take and place CDs, and improves processing efficiency.
