Abstract: Provided is an assembled bioreactor chamber comprising an upper end portion, at least one intermediate portion and a lower end portion for forming a chamber of the reactor chamber. The upper end portion and the lower end portion are respectively provided with an interface connected with a culture medium line, and the upper end portion and the intermediate portion, and the intermediate portion and the lower end portion are detachably connected in a sealed manner through a connecting mechanism; when the number of the intermediate portions is ?2, the adjacent intermediate portions are detachably connected in a sealed manner through a connecting mechanism; and the chamber also comprises a cell carrier for cell attachment growth.
