    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a solar cell and a method for producing same. The solar cell includes: a substrate; a first passivation film, an anti-reflection layer and at least one first electrode formed on a front surface of the substrate; and a tunneling layer, a field passivation layer and at least one second electrode formed on a rear surface. The field passivation layer includes a first field passivation sub-layer and a second field passivation sub-layer; a conductivity of the first field passivation sub-layer is greater than a conductivity of the second field passivation sub-layer, and a thickness of the second field passivation sub-layer is smaller than a thickness of the first field passivation sub-layer; either the at least one first electrode or the at least one second electrode includes a silver electrode, a conductive adhesive and an electrode film that are sequentially formed in a direction away from the substrate.

    Abstract: Provided is a solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same, the method includes: forming a doped layer on a surface of a semiconductor substrate, the doped layer having a first doping concentration of a doping element in the doped layer; depositing, on a surface of the doped layer, a doped amorphous silicon layer including the doping element; selectively removing at least one region of the doped amorphous silicon layer; performing annealing treatment, for the semiconductor substrate to form a lightly doped region having the first doping concentration and a heavily doped region having a second doping concentration in the doped layer, the second doping concentration is greater than the first doping concentration; and forming a solar cell by post-processing the annealed semiconductor substrate. The solar cell and the method for manufacturing the same simplify the manufacturing process and improve conversion efficiency of the solar cell.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for passivating a silicon-based semiconductor device and a silicon-based semiconductor device. The method includes the following steps: cutting, by using a cutting process, a preset region of the silicon-based semiconductor device, to form a first surface associated with the preset region; smoothing the first surface to adjust a surface appearance of the first surface, so that a height difference between a protrusion and a recess of a non-marginal region on the first surface is less than 20 nm; and passivating the smoothed first surface to form a first passivation layer on the first surface. The present application can reduce or avoid the problem of efficiency reduction caused by cutting a silicon-based semiconductor device and help to obtain a more efficient silicon-based semiconductor device.
