Abstract: A food processing apparatus is provided that includes: a housing structure, a food container structure which is disposed in the housing structure, and an image capturing module, which is located on the food container structure and includes a shell, an image capturing assembly and an air curtain assembly. The shell includes an optical channel which includes a lower opening end, an upper opening end and a wall surface disposed between the lower opening end and the upper opening end. The lower opening end faces the food container structure, the image capturing assembly is disposed at the upper opening end, and the air curtain assembly is disposed on the wall surface. In this way, the air curtain assembly can blow away or block the oil fumes after the food is heated, so that the image capturing module can observe the food processing clearly without being affected by the oil fumes.

The receiving structure has a bean-through opening and an observation opening. The image capturing assembly has at least one image capturing device and a reflective surface which is disposed in the capturing scope of the at least one image capturing device and is tilted facing the at least one image capturing device and the observation opening. Therefore, the at least one image capturing device can capture an image inside the receiving structure through the reflective surface and the observation opening. Another bean roasting apparatus with an image capturing assembly is provided, wherein at least one image capturing device of the image capturing assembly can capture an image inside the receiving structure through the observation opening directly.

Abstract: The disclosure is related to a blowing apparatus with expandable functions, an expansion device, and an operating method. The blowing apparatus has an electrical interface used to connect one of the expansion devices with various functions. The blowing apparatus has a control unit used to identify an operating mode of the expansion device connected with the blowing apparatus. A control signal is therefore generated. According to the control signal, the control unit controls rotating speed of a fan unit and a heating temperature of a heating unit. The expansion device can be disposed with a mist unit having a container and a mist generating unit. The mist unit sprays the mist to an outlet cap of the expansion device. The blowing apparatus then blows the mist out of the outlet cap by means of the rotating speed of fan unit and the temperature of heating unit.

Abstract: A stirring container and a stirring apparatus are provided. The stirring container includes a barrel and a plurality of stirring paddles. The barrel is defined with an inner surface, an outer surface, and a center axis. The first opening and a second opening are located at two ends of the center axis; and the paddles are fixed on the inner surface of the barrel and extend from the first opening to the second opening and the extending directions thereof are skewed to the center axis. The stirring apparatus includes the aforesaid stirring container, a supporting structure and a rotation module. The supporting structure connects to the outer surface of the barrel to make the barrel rotatable and covers the second opening. The rotation module connects to the outer surface to rotate the stirring container. Thereby, the stirring container and the stirring apparatus can provide better stirring results.
