Abstract: A system that moves water to a vessel on a water body includes a retractable tube with water intake that descends to a selectable depth in the water body, a pump that moves water from the selectable depth through the retractable tube, an anchor assembly carrying the pump or retractable tube to the selectable depth and back again, and an indicator of the depth of the anchor assembly, pump, or water intake of the retractable tube in the water body. The anchor assembly includes a pole, a cantilever beam, a telescoping pole, a pole driving system, or a combination thereof. The system may include a gas delivery system configured to introduce a gas into the system's water flow and a mixing chamber or tube that mixes water and gas. Variations of the system provide a subset of these components, and can be combined with third-party components.

Abstract: A system for a live well fill pump fulfills the dual goals of keeping the intermittently operating fill pump primed and dissolving gasses in water sourced by the fill pump. A check valve in a water intake assembly cooperates with a check valve in a pump output assembly to keep the fill pump primed in between intermittent pumping operations. Water flowing out of the fill pump through the second check valve undergoes a pressure differential and turbulence. A gas delivery system directs the turbulent water through the output conduit or chamber to dissolve the gas in the water. The gas-saturated water is released through the water outlet into the container.

Abstract: A system for dissolving gases in water comprises a mixing chamber that holds gas and a container in fluid communication with the mixing chamber. In operation, the mixing chamber is flooded to purge the ambient air. A gas delivery system introduces gas into the mixing chamber to push the water out. A pump then pumps temperature and salinity-treated water into the mixing chamber, and a distributor sprays or disperses the water into the mixing chamber. An optional impingement plate and/or mixing medium trap gas bubbles and hold gas-saturated water within the mixing chamber. This produces a volume of substantially bubble-free, highly-saturated gas-infused water that is then released into the container to mix with the water contained therein. This system can be incorporated in aquariums, ice chests, buckets, and live wells found on boats, kayaks, trucks, and other transports.
