Abstract: A measuring device for detecting dimensions of bores has a light source emitting a light beam and a beamsplitter for splitting the light beam into a reference beam and a measuring beam. A reference mirror is arranged downstream of the beam splitter. The measuring beam is supplied to a measuring location of the bore and reflected on it. The reference beam is supplied to the reference mirror and reflected on it. The reflected beams are temporally incoherent and are recombined on the beamsplitter to form a recombined beam supplied to a receiver. Reference mirror and receiver have a lateral displacement relative to an optical axis of the measuring device, or the reference mirror is arranged laterally adjacent to the optical axis and the beam splitter at a slant to the optical axis. The measuring device is integrated into a tool or connected to a tool receptacle.
Abstract: A measuring unit for determining dimensions of workpieces has an endoscope unit with two apertures through which identical linear light patterns are projected onto a surface of the workpiece. The identical linear light patterns create a moire pattern on the surface. The endoscope unit has at least one camera head for detecting the moire pattern.
Abstract: A tool device for machining workpieces has a machining tool and at least one sensor oriented toward a machining area of a workpiece to be machined by the machining tool. The at least one sensor senses at least a portion of the machining area and produces sensing signals. At least one processing unit for receiving and processing the sensing signals of the at least one sensor is provided so that an on-line control of the machining process is possible.
Abstract: A combination tool has a tool holding fixture for connecting the combination tool to a drive spindle of a machine tool. The tool holding fixture includes a receiving member. A grip with tensioning sleeve is provided. The grip is received in the receiving member of the tool holding fixture and clamped with the tensioning sleeve within the receiving member. The grip has a receiving element for receiving a shank of a working tool and an end face facing away from the holding fixture. At least one cutting member is connected to the end face of the grip.
