  • Patent number: 9512875
Abstract: A bearing unit including an outer guide sleeve having an opening, as well as an inner receiving sleeve that is rotatably arranged inside the outer guide sleeve opening and that includes a recess. A rotational axis of the inner receiving sleeve in the outer guide sleeve and a central axis of the recess in the inner receiving sleeve are arranged at a distance from each another about an eccentricity. The bearing unit allows the position in which securing elements are mounted to be adapted in a simple and reproducible manner, and which is formed from just a few components so as to permit simple and cost-effective assembly. A device is provided between the outer guide sleeve and the inner receiving sleeve for the purpose of force and/or form-fittingly securing an adjusted receiving sleeve position relative to the guide sleeve.

  • Patent number: 9469216
Abstract: A fitting for a motor vehicle seat adjusting device and a method for producing same is based on a relatively adjustable fitting top part and a fitting bottom part, a transmission gear unit, in operative connection with the fitting parts, for adjusting the fitting top part relative to the fitting bottom part, and a drive shaft (21) extending at one end through the fitting in a longitudinal axial direction of a fitting axis and in engagement with the gear unit. The drive shaft (21) is wobble riveted to a bushing (6) to axially secure the fitting top part (2) relative to the fitting bottom part (3). The bushing is arranged in an opening (11), coaxially to the fitting axis, of the fitting top part or fitting bottom part. The drive shaft rests, on the side opposite the bushing, with a stop (12) against the fitting.

  • Patent number: 9381832
Abstract: A fitting (1) for an adjustment device, in particular inclination adjustment of a motor vehicle seat, includes a fitting upper part (2) having a first internal toothing (4), a fitting lower part (3) which is adjustable relative to the fitting upper part about a fitting axis and has a second internal toothing (5) arranged coaxially with respect to the first internal toothing, at least two, preferably, three, rotatably arranged planet gears (7) which are in engagement with the first and second internal toothings, and a drive shaft (6) which is in operative connection with the at least two planet gears by means of a pinion (23). Noise loads and buckling effects are avoided even after a relatively long period of operation, with a spring element (11) prestressing the planet gears (7) in the direction of the axis of rotation onto the fitting lower part (3) or fitting upper part (2).

  • Patent number: 9050907
Abstract: A rail guide that has at least one rail pair consisting of a floor rail (22) and a seat rail (24). The seat rail (24) has connectors (30) for fastening a seat frame to be arranged above the rail pair. The rails can be moved relative to each other in a longitudinal direction along a movement path (20). The floor rail (22) and the seat rail (24) are curved by the same circular radius of curvature (42) that ranges between 1,500 and 3,000 mm, in particular between 1,800 and 2,500 mm. The center point of curvature (44) is on the side of the rail pair facing away from the seat frame. The rail guide is a longitudinal adjustment device having a stationary spindle (52) and an associated spindle nut (54) that is longitudinally movable thereon, the spindle (52) being curved at the same circular radius of curvature (42). Also described is a suitable method for producing said curved rails by at least one stamping mold (68) or by bending strips (96).
