    Abstract: A commutator (10) comprising a plurality of commutator bars (12) formed from a graphite structure (30) and a metal sheet (20) having soldered to the graphite structure (30) includes a brazing process followed by a soldering process. The brazing process includes applying a brazing material the graphite structure (30) and brazing at an elevated temperature to form a brazing layer (40). The soldering process includes applying a solder material to the brazing layer (40), placing the metal sheet (20) on the solder material, and soldering to form a solder layer (50) affixing the metal sheet (20) to the graphite structure (30). A plurality of grooves (70) are cut in the graphite structure (30) and the metal sheet (20) to form the commutator bars (12) arranged in an intermittent ring or circle.

The lock elements are radially positioned between a radially outer surface of the driven member and the inner wall of the stationary member. The distance between the radially outer surface and the inner wall gradually decreases from a center to opposite circumferential sides. The maximum distance between the radially outer surface and the inner wall is greater than the diameter of the lock element, and the minimum distance is less than the diameter of the lock element.

    Abstract: An actuator drive, for blinds, roller shutters and the like, has a drive motor and a centrifugal brake. A rotational disk is coupled to a drive shaft of the drive motor via a shaft flange. Two centrifugal shoes are smoothly guided in the rotational disk. In the unpowered state, brake shoes of the centrifugal shoes engage, frictionally or in a positive-locking way on an outer surface of a friction ring fixed to the motor housing. Upon starting of the drive motor, the brake shoes release the friction ring. The radial displacement of the brake shoes is maintained until the drive motor comes to a stop, wherein the brake shoes 8 are drawn radially inward by spring elements and function again as a locking mechanism. The spring elements are pretensioned such that the brake shoes effect a sufficient retaining torque.
