Abstract: The disclosure relates to a unit or a method for determining a remaining utilization capacity of at least one energy supply source connected to at least one electrical consumer used on a road construction machine, or a road construction machine, having at least one unit for determining a remaining utilization capacity. The unit is adapted to indicate a remaining utilization capacity determined on the basis of a current charging state of the energy supply source as a remaining utilization duration, a remaining utilization range and/or a remaining utilization area for the at least one consumer.
Abstract: A screed assembly for a road paver comprises a main screed and a secondary screed. The main screed comprises a main screed plate for contact with paving material. The secondary screed comprises a screed plate carrier and a secondary screed plate for contact with the paving material. The secondary screed plate is attached to the screed plate carrier so as to be tiltable about a tilting axis. The screed assembly comprises a height adjustment device configured to lower or raise the screed plate carrier relative to the main screed. The screed assembly further comprises a tilting device configured to change a tilting angle of the secondary screed plate about the tilting axis.
Abstract: The disclosure relates to an air filter arrangement for cleaning a bitumen-containing volume flow, comprising at least a first filter element and a second filter element, which are arranged as filter elements acting in succession for cleaning the bitumen-containing volume flow, wherein the first filter element and the second filter element are fixedly connected to one another. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a method for carrying out an exchange of a plurality of filter elements.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for dynamically controlling a paving speed of at least one road paver for a paving process, wherein by a control system functionally connected to the road paver, a paving speed for the road paver adapted to the determined material delivery rate is determined as a function of a variable material delivery rate of a material supply chain supplying the road paver with paving material determined thereby, wherein a pre-compaction performance of at least one pre-compaction element of a paving screed of the road paver is adjusted as a function of the determined paving speed in order to keep a pre-compaction achieved by the pre-compaction element constant. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a road construction system for a paving process for producing a constant pre-compaction at varying paving speed.
Abstract: A road paver comprises a paving screed, a bearing block arrangement and a distributing auger. The bearing block arrangement comprises a bearing block, a cover and a heating device. The distributing auger is rotatably mounted at the bearing block for distributing paving material. The heating device is received in an accommodation space of the bearing block arrangement. The bearing block arrangement is configured to be selectively brought into a working configuration and into a removal configuration, wherein the heating device is removable from the accommodation space in the removal configuration, but not in the working configuration. At least a base part of the cover is connected to the bearing block both in the working configuration and in the removal configuration. In the working configuration, the base part of the cover at least partially covers the heating device towards a front with respect to a paving direction of the road paver.
