The hook comprises an annular metal insert (3) embedded in a synthetic material end block of the hook around a passage (4) for slidably receiving the end of a cable (5) in the vicinity of a stop abutment (4c) designed to stop the end of the cable in the traction direction. The invention is applicable to hooks comprising a metal hook having an end embedded in a handle block.

Abstract: The present invention is an elastic cord hook and a cord and hook set. The hook has a molded plastic body. Cord or bungee may be engaged in a channel in the hook base. The hook is provided with a safety hand grip including a lip so that the hood can be safely push manipulated effectively. The end of the hook is safely curved inward and provides an ear shaped inner configuration.

Abstract: A conductive tape for an electrifiable fence comprising a tape of woven or knitted construction having at least two conducting wires arranged longitudinally and integrally in the woven or knitted structure. A bridging conductor is carried in or on the knitted or woven structure and is directed transversely across the two longitudinal conductors at intervals, so that, if a break occurs in one of the conductors, the current path is capable of continuing via the bridging conductor.

Abstract: The invention relates to a hook for rubber springs etc., suitable for attachment to a cable or a strap. The hook comprises an anchorage block for attachment to the cable or to the strap and a deformable retaining loop having substantially the shape of a U, of which one arm has an end integral with the anchorage block and the other arm of which has at its free end a nose turned towards the base of the U, there being a hooking element integral with the anchorage block in which the nose can be engaged or disengaged to effect the closure or opening respectively of the hook.

Abstract: Disclosed is a sandow device having an elastic cable with a monoblock mechanism including a hook integrally connected with a joint base plate having two parallel longitudinal canals holding the ends of the cable. The canal located closest to the hook holds the stretched end of the cable while the second canal located closest to the exterior receives the free non-stretched end. The two canals are separated by a partition which has at its upper portion a V-profile gap whose point is directed toward the bottom of the mechanism. The exterior canal further has disposed therein a means for maintaining the elastic cable which may be in the form of a plurality of parallel flanges.
