Abstract: A monolithic electronic vaporizer is provided. The monolithic electronic vaporizer may include a single molded body. The single molded body may include a fluid reservoir within and formed as part of the single molded body, a top recess located above the reservoir, and a bottom recess located below the reservoir. The monolithic electronic vaporizer may further include a mouthpiece coupled within the top recess after the reservoir is filled with vape fluid. The atomizer with the heater and the wick, the airway, and the mouthpiece of the vaporizer are coupled within the top recess of the single molded body. The remaining components of the monolithic electronic vaporizer may be assembled and coupled within the bottom recess of the single molded body. The monolithic electronic vaporizer may be disposable, and the single molded body may be formed of a recyclable material or a material that can be sterilized and reused.

Abstract: An electronic vaporizer device with a sealed, disposable, fillable cartridge is described, along with a method for refilling the cartridge. The electronic vaporizer includes a body which is held by the user and houses a battery. The body receives and couples with a cartridge with a reservoir for oil or other fluid to be vaporized. The cartridge also includes an atomizer which is powered by the battery via a connector terminal, a wick to provide oil to the atomizer from the oil reservoir, a vapor tube which transmits the vaporized oil to the user though a mouthpiece. In some embodiments, the user fills the reservoir of the cartridge by inserting a needle through a self-sealing septum. Further, the electronic vaporizer device includes a haptic device to provide haptic feedback to a user of the electronic vaporizer to communicate operating states of the electronic vaporizer.

The vape cartridge assembly may include a monolithic cartridge body with an inner passage and a connector coupled to an end of the cartridge for connecting to a power source. The assembly may also include an atomizer within an atomizer shell, the atomizer shell comprising a vapor tube, the atomizer shell coupled to the connector within the inner passage of the cartridge body. The assembly may further include a cartridge seal coupled to the vapor tube of the atomizer shell within the inner passage of the cartridge body to form a fluid reservoir on one side of the cartridge seal and a mouthpiece on the opposite side of the cartridge seal.

Abstract: A metered dispensing device for plant extracts is provided. The device includes a main body having an inner volume for holding plant extract, a rotatable dial operably coupled on an end of the main body, a dispensing end located on an end of the main body opposite the rotatable dial, and a dispensing tip coupled to the dispensing end. The device also includes a dispensing mechanism including a plunger moveable along the length of the main body in response to rotation of the dial. The plunger pushes plant extract from the inner volume out the dispensing tip. The device also includes a feedback system providing tactile and audible feedback after a predetermined amount of plant extract has been dispensed through the dispensing tip.

Abstract: A pod vaping system is provided. The system includes a cover having a base and a removable mouthpiece. The base retains a power source. The system also includes a cartridge having an atomizer, a reservoir and power contacts. The cartridge is removably coupled to the base by use of the mouthpiece coupling to the base with the cartridge retained within an inner volume created by coupling the mouthpiece to the base of the cover. The power contacts of the cartridge are electrically coupled to the power source. Coupling the mouthpiece to the base of the cover forms an inner volume with a unique shape. The cartridge has a unique shape that corresponds to the unique shape of the inner volume, wherein the inner volume can only receive and retain cartridges having the unique shape of the cartridge.
