Abstract: An assistance tray for manual distribution used in a medicine sharing and packing device with a disk-type tray for manual distribution of pills mounted in the front side. The assistance tray includes an assistance tray body at the rim portion of which a plurality of auxiliary pill containing portions are formed which correspond in number to a plurality of pill containing portions formed at the rim of the upper surface of a disk-type tray for manual distribution, and on both sides of which handle portions are formed having openings therethrough. An opening/closing plate is mounted on the lower surface of the assistance tray body so as to be rotated, at the rim portion of which holes are formed, a number of the holes corresponding in number to the number of the auxiliary pill containing portions of the assistance tray body.

Abstract: A power exhaust device for packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine, which is mounted at the discharge position of the packing sheet containing medicine and designed to feed the packing sheet forcedly, comprises a primary motor and a secondary motor mounted abreast on a mounting plate for generating rotational force with power applied, a primary rotating body made of sponge and fixed to the shaft of the primary motor, and a secondary rotating body made of sponge and fixed to the shaft of the secondary motor, with the circumferential surfaces of both primary and secondary rotating bodies coming into contact with each other.

Abstract: An inlet rolling device of power exhaust conveyor for packing sheet used in sharing and packing device of medicine according to the present invention, wherein the power exhaust conveyor is so constructed that a sponge roller is mounted on the inlet side, a shaft is mounted at the central portion of the sponge roller, and a support is connected to the end portion of the shaft and to a hinge shaft fixed to a mounting plate so as to be rotated, thereby enabling the packing sheet containing medicine to be discharged to the outside, comprises a hollow shaft attached to the central portion of the sponge roller and mounted to a shaft so as to be rotated, a primary pulley mounted on the end portion of the hollow shaft, a secondary pulley mounted on a hinge shaft so as to be rotated, a primary belt interconnecting the primary and secondary pulleys, and a secondary belt interconnecting the secondary pulley and a driving pulley mounted on the shaft of a motor for driving the exhaust conveyor.

Abstract: A drum of a medicine sharing and packing device wherein a plurality of tablet cassettes 1a are arranged and passages are formed to guide tablets down, comprises a barrel-shaped drum body 1c formed in two circular arc shapes facing each other and auxiliary drums 1e mounted on the inner sides of opening portions 1d of the drum body 1c. The drum body 1c has the opening portions 1d formed on both sides facing each other and a plurality of tablet cassettes 1a are arranged detachably on the outer circumferential surface of the drum body 1. A plurality of tablets cassettes 1a are also arranged detachably on the circumferential surfaces of the auxiliary drums 1e.

A cassette unit has an upper hopper, a cassette stand and a row of tablet cassettes detachably mounted on the cassette stand, so tablets are released from the cassettes and guided by an upper hopper. A lower hopper below the turntable and the upper hopper guides the tablets into a tablet packaging assembly below the lower hopper for packaging the tablets selectively released from the cassettes and the tablet containers into tablet paper bags.
