    Abstract: A deformable molding is provided to form watertight sealing between formica covered panel members such as back-splash boards and countertops. The molding includes a first part to fit between first and second panel members and to be secured thereto by pressure-sensitive adhesive means. The molding also includes a pair of lip portions adapted to be biased into pressure sealing contact with respective adjacent panel members.
