Abstract: A universal vial holder aperture including a cylindrical body with an inner and outer wall where an inner area is defined by a perimeter formed by the inner wall of the cylindrical body and a plurality of flexible fins where the plurality of flexible fins extends from the inner wall of the cylindrical body into the inner area. The universal vial holder aperture can be positioned in a vial holder base body having a generally planar upper surface, surrounding perimeter walls, and a cylindrical cavity to receive the universal vial holder aperture. The vial holder base body can be positioned in a treatment tray base along with a large module. The treatment tray base can also include a disposable tray insert which includes an open cell gyroid matrix foam and an open compartment adapted to receive waste items.
