The first and second elastic members respectively have ring shapes having a substantially same external diameter. The second elastic member has an inner peripheral surface having a different dimension compared to an inner peripheral surface of the first elastic member, and has a portion having a larger inner diameter than an inner diameter of the first elastic member.
