  • Patent number: 6971502
Abstract: A conveyor system having an expansion conveyor interposed between some of a plurality of conveyors of a conveying unit to extend the conveying line when trouble is detected at a receiving unit. Upon detection of trouble the extruder revolution speed and the conveyor speed are changed to reduce the conveying speed not to carry molded products to the receiving unit.

  • Publication number: 20050085944
Abstract: Buffer means 20Z consisting of an expansion conveyor 20a, inverted conveyor 20b and expansion conveyor 20c is interposed between the conveyors 24 and 25 of a conveying unit 20 so that when a trouble occurs in a receiving unit 30, the expansion conveyors 20a and 20c of the buffer means 20Z are expanded to extend the conveying line, and the extruder revolution R and the conveyor speed V are changed to reduce the conveying speed not to carry the extruded treads 1 to the receiving unit 30. When the above trouble is solved, the conveying line of the buffer means 20Z is made the shortest, and the extruder revolution R and the conveyor speed V are changed to increase the conveying speed so as to carry the buffered extruded treads to the receiving unit 30.

  • Patent number: 6770820
Abstract: By using a conductive adhesive prepared by dispersing conductive particles such as a nickel filler in a thermally or optically curable adhesive comprising a base resin having heat resistance and flexibility after curing, such as EVA, PVB, acrylic resin or unsaturated polyester, as an adhesive for making the shielding conductive layer of a shielded flat cable conductive with the ground line of a cable body in a non-insulated portion and bonding the cable body to the shielding member, the heat resistance and connection reliability in a high temperature and high humidity condition of the shielded flat cable are ensured. To further improve adhesion, a phosphoric acid methacrylate and melamine-based resin are blended with the above base resin.

  • Patent number: 6667799
Abstract: A method and apparatus capable of inspecting the internal structure of an extruded tread efficiently and accurately on an on-line basis. Image data on the cut section of the extruded tread photographed by a CCD camera is processed by a tread internal structure inspection unit to calculate the brightnesses of rubber layers which differ in composition, the boundaries among the rubber layers on the cut section are located from differences among the calculated brightnesses of the rubber layers, and it is judged whether the internal structure of the photographed extruded tread is satisfactory or not by comparing the above boundaries with preset reference boundaries.

  • Publication number: 20030111573
Abstract: In a bobbin fixing device, a collet type chuck having claw members is mounted to the upper portion of a rotary hollow shaft and a bobbin slip-off preventing member 27 which comprises a substantially U-shaped claw expansion portion having arcuate projection portions for expanding the interval between the above claw members is inserted between the claw members of the above collet type chuck to secure a bobbin to the rotary shaft without fail at the time of winding off a wire material and facilitate the exchange of the bobbin. The claw expansion portion of the bobbin slip-off preventing member is fitted in guide grooves formed in the claw members to expand the interval between the claw members so as to press the upper end portions of the bobbin and rotatably hold the bobbin when the bobbin is to be mounted and holding force is not applied to the bobbin by taking out the bobbin slip-off preventing member when the bobbin is to be exchanged.
