Abstract: Provided is a nipping tool with which it is possible to nip an object, such as a cable, appropriately in accordance with the thickness or size of the object. This nipping tool is a nipping tool in which two members, each including a grip part and an operation part, are rotatably connected, and the operation parts open and close in association with the opening/closing of the grip parts. The grip part has a plurality of holding positions. The shape of the grip part is such that the degree of opening of the operation parts differs when the two members are closed together using the various holding positions.

Abstract: A cooking device for cutting a foodstuff into a prescribed shape. The cooking device includes a cutting portion and a handle attached to the cutting portion. The cutting portion includes a cutting blade and a guide; the cutting blade includes a wave-shaped portion in which trough portions, which recede downward in a direction approaching a foodstuff to be cut, and crest portions, which project upward in the opposite direction to the downward direction, appear alternatively; in the cutting blade, crests, which are the tops of the cutting blade crest portions, and troughs, which are the bottoms of the cutting blade trough portions, appear alternatively; and in the guide, at least a portion of a guide surface, which follows the surface of the foodstuff to be cut, is located between the cutting blade crests and cutting blade troughs in the vertical direction.

Abstract: A cooking tool, which is easy to make a starting point for peeling, can perform peeling with a small force owing to a cutting edge arrangement for mainly slicing obliquely, and is safe owing to the cutting edge that hardly breaks. Further, a cooking method using the cooking tool and a foodstuff obtained by using the cooking tool are provided. The cooking tool of the invention has a cutting part provided with an edge of a zigzag shape. The edge is formed such that a bend angle of the zigzag shape is an obtuse angle and mountain lines as projected portions and valley lines as recessed portions are inclined to the direction of plate thickness and approximately parallel to one another. The pitch of the zigzag shape of the edge is more than or equal to 3 mm.

Abstract: A keypad that provides excellent operability even in a virtual keyboard on a touch panel. The keypad comprises a base body 11, which covers the touch panel, and key tops 12, which are formed at positions corresponding to sensing areas of the touch panel. Each of the key tops 12 is formed to get in contact with the sensing area corresponding to the key top in question by pushing of the key top.
