    Abstract: According to one embodiment, provided is a secondary battery including a negative electrode containing a titanium-containing oxide, a positive electrode, a separator between the negative electrode and the positive electrode, a first aqueous electrolyte, a second aqueous electrolyte, and a third aqueous electrolyte. The first aqueous electrolyte is held in the negative electrode and contains 0.001% by mass to 0.5% by mass of zinc ions. The second aqueous electrolyte is held in the separator and contains 1% by mass to 5% by mass of a first compound that includes a hydrophobic portion and a hydrophilic portion. The third aqueous electrolyte is held in the positive electrode.

    Abstract: A handling device according to an embodiment includes a manipulator, a normal grid generation unit, a hand kernel generation unit, a calculation unit, and a control unit. The normal grid generation unit converts a depth image into a point cloud, generates spatial data including an object to be grasped that is divided into a plurality of grids from the point cloud, and calculates a normal vector of the point cloud included in the grid using spherical coordinates. The hand kernel generation unit generates a hand kernel of each suction pad. The calculation unit calculates ease of grasping the object to be grasped by a plurality of suction pads based on a 3D convolution calculation using a grid including the spatial data and the hand kernel. The control unit controls a grasping operation of the manipulator based on the ease of grasping the object to be grasped by the plurality of suction pads.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, a communication system includes a plurality of nodes that forms a wireless multi-hop network. Transmission timings of network advertising packets transmitted from the plurality of nodes are controlled based on a transmission schedule in which each of the plurality of nodes has one transmission cell at a location different from other nodes. One of the nodes includes a processor and a wireless communication controller. The processor determines a transmission timing of the corresponding network advertising packet based on the transmission schedule. The wireless communication controller transmits the network advertising packet at the transmission timing.

A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, includes: forming an amorphous film containing (HfzZr1?z)xSi1?xO2?y (0.81?x?0.99, 0.04?y?0.25, 0?z?1) on a semiconductor substrate, the ranges of composition ratios x, y, and z being values measured by XPS; and transforming the amorphous film into an insulating film containing (HfzZr1?z)xSi1?xO2 as tetragonal crystals, by performing annealing at 750° C. or higher on the amorphous film in an atmosphere containing oxygen.
