Publication number: 20040255038Abstract: A ROM stores a device name table which holds a plurality of names each including an expression that allows to recognize the installation location of a device and a device unique ID that allows to identify the device. In response to a user request, a control device displays, as a list of choices on a display device, the plurality of names held by the device name table. When a name is selected, the control device makes the name correspond to the device unique ID and stores them in the name management table of a RAM and transmits the name management table to a server connected through a home network.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2004Publication date: December 16, 2004Applicant: KABUSHUKI KAISHA TOSHIBAInventors: Kazuyo Kuroda, Takero Kobayashi

Patent number: 6226204Abstract: The data output circuit in a clock synchronous DRAM comprises a first data transfer circuit to which the data read from a memory is input and which transfers the input data to the output side in synchronization with an internal clock, an equalizing circuit to which the output of the first data transfer circuit is input during a read operation by a burst operation and to which high-impedance data is input after the read operation, a second data transfer circuit connected to the equalizing circuit, and an output buffer to which the output of the second data transfer circuit is input. The second data transfer circuit transfers all the data to the output buffer in synchronization with an output clock. This eliminates the dependence of the data access time and data hold time on data item and/or cycle and facilitates the timing control of the output control signal.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 1998Date of Patent: May 1, 2001Assignee: Kabushuki Kaisha ToshibaInventors: Kazuko Inuzuka, Katsushi Nagaba, Shigeo Ohshima

Patent number: 5292050Abstract: A wire bonder comprises a pattern recognition mechanism. The pattern recognition mechanism includes a TV camera head, a camera control unit, a program research unit, and a bonder controller. The bonder controller includes a microcomputer, a control circuit, and a servo drive unit. The TV camera head and camera control unit detect locations of a first bonding pad formed on a first semiconductor chip and a second bonding pad formed on a second semiconductor chip. The program research unit calculates amounts of shift of the detected locations of the first and second bonding pads from reference locations thereof. The microcomputer corrects locations of first and second bonding points and those of first and second cutting points in accordance with the calculated amounts of shift. The control circuit and servo drive unit control the first and second bonding points and the first and second cutting points based on the corrected locations.Type: GrantFiled: December 3, 1992Date of Patent: March 8, 1994Assignee: Kabushuki Kaisha ToshibaInventors: Tetsuya Nagaoka, Kazuhiro Yamamori

Patent number: 4860220Abstract: Display apparatus retrieves the form and position data for each of a plurality of three-dimensional objects from an environmental data memory and gives a two-dimensional figure display of the plurality of three-dimensional objects on the display in accordance with the form and position data for these objects. When a two-dimensional figure includes interference between two or more objects, a line-of-sight vector, along which it is possible to display two-dimensional figures free from interference, is calculated, and interference-free two-dimensionally displayed figures for the plurality of three-dimensional objects are generated in accordance with the computed line-of-sight vector and the form and position data for each object.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 1987Date of Patent: August 22, 1989Assignee: Kabushuki Kaisha ToshibaInventors: Toshiaki Tanaka, Kiroyuki Mizutani
