Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for transdermal delivery of PKC modulatory peptides. Generally, methods comprise the delivery of an isozyme specific PKC peptide modulator through skin that has been microporated, e.g., with an array of microneedles. Such methods may be used to administer therapeutically effective amounts of an isozyme selective PKC peptide inhibitor or activator.
