Abstract: A replacement blade razor including a holder having a head portion, a razor head supported by the head portion of the holder, and a blade member removably mounted in the razor head is provided. The head portion of the holder or the razor head includes a holding mechanism that assists in mounting of the blade member in the razor head by attracting or adhering to the blade member and thus causing the razor head to hold the blade member.
Abstract: Disclosed is a stirring tool which is capable of fully and efficiently mixing ingredients such as mayonnaise even in relatively small amounts. A stirring blade is mounted on a rotating shaft which is rotated by a driving force. A hollow blade cover is provided which covers the periphery of the rotating stirring blade and a portion of the edge of the stirring blade constitutes a long edge which is an edge part that faces the inner circumferential face and which extends along the inner circumferential face of the blade cover. Openings which are holes and an opening are provided at the end of the blade cover and in a peripheral wall of the blade cover for circulation of the stirred ingredients. The long edge can be seen through the holes in the peripheral wall when the rotating blade rotates.
Abstract: A shaving aid member pivots in a predetermined range from an initial position to a pivot position with respect to a razor head against elastic force of leaf springs. In the shaving aid member, a mounting portion of a base member is aligned with the razor head and two arm portions of the base member are invisible from the front side of the razor head. This reduces the space occupied by the arm portions outside the outer peripheral portion of the razor head. As a result, in a razor with a shaving aid, comfort in use is enhanced. Further, the razor is compact-sized since the surface area of the front side of the portion outlined by the razor head and the shaving aid member is decreased.
Abstract: A hand tool includes a holder and a movable head portion to which a blade body is secured. The movable head portion is supported by the holder in a manner movable relative to the holder between an accommodated state Q, in which the movable head portion is accommodated in the holder together with the blade body, and a projected state, in which the blade body is projected from the holder. The orientation N of the blade body in the accommodated state Q and the orientation N of the blade body in the projected state are different from each other. This improves operation of the blade body both in the accommodated state Q and the projected state and reduces the size of a front opening of the holder to provide a compact holder of the hand tool such as a medical edged tool.
Abstract: A space is provided in a front section of a handle. The space is located between side sections and extends along the longitudinal direction of a grip portion. A finger rest wall extending along the longitudinal direction is provided on each side section. The finger rest walls are provided to sandwich the space in the widthwise direction of the grip portion. Each finger rest wall is formed like a cantilever such that one of the ends in the thickness direction of the grip portion is a free end, and the other end is a fixed end. The space is opened between the free ends of the finger rest walls. The finger rest walls are attached to the side frame sections at the fixed ends. The side frame sections are formed of a material that is harder than the finger rest portion. The finger rest walls are deformed into the space when pressed toward the space.
Abstract: A razor head 2 is provided with a blade member 3 having a base and a blade body 4 on the base, a blade base member 5 arranged on the bottom side of the razor head 2, and a top member 6 arranged on the top side of the razor head 2. The blade member 3 is fitted between the blade base member 5 and the top member 6. The base of the blade member 3 is supported on the blade base member 5. A cutting edge 4a of the blade body 4 is exposed at the top member 6. The base is provided with a pair of leaf springs arranged between the blade base member 5 and the top member 6. A back opening 19 is disposed on the bottom side of the razor head 2 between both leaf springs, and a front opening 20 is disposed on the top side of the razor head 2. The base is provided with a debris discharge hole 18 between the front opening 20 and the back opening 19.
Abstract: A razor is provided with a blade member 3 having a base and a blade body 4 on the base, a blade base member 5 arranged on the bottom side of the razor head 2, and a top member 6 arranged on the top side of the razor head 2. The blade member 3 is fitted between the blade base member 5 and the top member 6. The base is supported on the blade base member 5. A cutting edge 4a of the blade body 4 is exposed at the top member 6. The base is elastically supported by the leaf spring so as to move integrally against a pressing force from the skin surface when the blade body is caused to contact the skin surface. A contact pressure of the blade body 4 on the skin surface is restricted, thereby improving the shaving performance. Further, since a single-component blade member 3 having the blade body 4 on the base is fitted between the blade base member 5 and the top member 6, this simplifies the structure for elastically supporting the blade body 4 and allowing the blade body 4 to move.
Abstract: A razor having a simplified structure is provided. This oscillating razor is provided with a razor head. The razor head is provided with a blade member composed of a base having a blade-body supporting portion and a plurality of blade bodies, a blade base member located on the back side of the razor head, and a top member located on the front side of the razor head. The blade member is fitted between the blade base member and the top member. The base is supported on the blade base member and the cutting edge of the blade body is exposed outward at the top member. Each of the blade bodies is placed on the blade-body supporting portion, and welded portions fixed to each other by welding from the side corresponding to the blade-body supporting portion are formed on the blade body and the blade-body supporting portion.
Abstract: A head portion of a holder incorporates a pair of support arms, which oscillatably support a razor head, and a pusher, which is pressed against the razor head. The razor head includes a blade body with a cutting edge. The razor head is supported by the support arms at both ends in the extending direction of the cutting edge of the blade body. The razor head includes a pair of supported portions and a pair of contact portions. The support arms include first outer arm portions, which support the supported portions such that the razor head is rotatable in an oscillating direction. The pusher includes a pair of second outer arm portions formed on both ends in the extending direction of the cutting edge of the blade body. The second outer arm portions are pressed against the contact portions. At least part of each second outer arm portion is arranged in a region extending through the associated first outer arm portions in a direction perpendicular to a plane containing a contact direction of the pusher.
Abstract: A pair of scissors with comb comprises a first blade having an edge, a second blade openably and closably supported together with the first blade and having an edge and a comb member attached to the first blade. The comb member is provided with a plurality of comb tooth groups with different characteristics from each other. The comb member is attached to and detached from the first blade. The mounting state of each comb tooth group is changed with respect to the first blade, whereby, for example, an extending direction of the comb tooth group is changed based on differences in the direction of eyebrows so that each comb tooth group can be used properly. Since an extending direction of a comb tooth of each comb tooth group inclines, the scissors with comb can be rendered convenient when eyebrows are trimmed.
