Abstract: A rolling tool (5) has a basic body (6) for fastening the rolling tool (5) in a rolling machine (1) and a profiled part (7) for the shaping treatment of a workpiece (2) to be rolled. The basic body (6) and the profiled part (7) are of multi-piece design. The basic body (6) and the profiled part (7), in their interconnected position, are mounted movably relative to one another in a plane perpendicular to the rolling direction (23). The basic body (6) of the rolling tool (5) can also be part of the rolling machine (1).

Abstract: A high-strength screw (1) includes a head (2) and a threaded portion (5) including a thread (6) and a thread end (9) facing away from the head (2) in an axial direction. The threaded portion (5) includes an unhardened portion (12) starting at the thread end (9) and extending in an axial direction. The unhardened portion (12) has a hardness being reduced compared to an axial middle portion (11) of the threaded portion (5).
Abstract: A high-strength screw (2) includes a threaded portion (7) having a thread (8). The screw (2) includes an inner core (16) as seen in cross-section of the screw (2), the core (16) having a first hardness. The screw (2) includes an outer surface layer (17) as seen in cross-section of the screw (2). The screw (2) includes an unhardening layer (18) forming the outer surface layer (17) in the threaded portion (7), the unhardening layer (18) having a second hardness being reduced compared to the first hardness of the core (16).
Abstract: A high strength screw (2), especially an ultra high strength screw (2) having a tensile strength Rm of at least 1400 N/mm2, having a bainite structure has a yield ratio of at least 0.95. The screw (2) belongs to the new strength classes 14.10, 15.10, 16.10 or 17.10. The high yield ratio is realized by heat treatment of the screw (2).
Abstract: A screw (2) has a head (5) including an underhead bearing surface (12). Lubricant pockets (13) are arranged at least in a part of the underhead bearing surface (12). The lubricant pockets (13) serve to contain lubricant and to release the lubricant when tightening a screw joint (1) to prevent galling effects during multiple tightening processes.
