Abstract: The present invention is directed to a cleaning sponge. The cleaning sponge contains a cavity that is cut radially inward through one of the sides of the sponge. The cavity is located closer to the side of the sponge rather than its center. Furthermore, the sponge has two holding arms that are formed when the cavity is cut and form a channel, allowing the sponge to be placed on a faucet or any other hanging member. The holding arms pull apart when the sponge is placed on a faucet and once the sponge is on the faucet, they pull together. Since the cavity is near the side of the sponge, the holding arms do not interfere with the cleaning function of the sponge. Furthermore, the sponge has several layers with different coefficients of coarseness for cleaning different surfaces and may be cut in any decorative shape desired.

Abstract: A twist mop comprises a pole, fibers connected to the pole, and a movable collar connected to both the fibers and the pole, so that the collar is movable in an axial and radial direction about the pole, where radial movement of the collar pulls taut the fibers. The mop comprises an upper spline is connected to the pole, a pawl connected to the collar, to allow the collar to move in a radial direction clockwise or counterclockwise about the upper spline. The collar has a radial step to engage the pawl. The pawl is shaped to flex toward the radial step both when the collar axially traverses the pole and when the collar twists in a first direction, around the upper spline. The pawl being shaped to bias towards the upper spline while the collar turns in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, around the upper spline.

Abstract: A squeegee assembly is described including a handle connected to a blade. The handle defines a hole for hanging the squeegee from a hook and undulations suitable for enhancing the grip. The blade defines a hole and an edge. The blade hole is configured and dimensioned for having a showerhead positioned therethrough and hanging from the showerhead. The blade hole can also apply a bias to the edge during cleaning. The edge is configured for cleaning and removing water from surfaces.

Abstract: A combination toilet bowl cleaning brush and a brush holder includes a toilet bowl cleaning brush with a brush head, a non-flexible shaft and a bulbous handle. The non-flexible shaft extends linearly from the brush head to a positively curved portion and thence to a second linear portion that connects to the bulbous handle. The brush holder includes a circular, flat surface base and a cylindrical wall rising from the base. The cylindrical wall which extends around less than half of a minor circumference of the base rises linearly from the base to a negative curved portion, the upper end of the wall covering a radius of the base. The upper end of the cylindrical wall includes an open groove for receiving the shaft of the cleaning brush. The positive curved shaft and the negative curved wall intersect at the open groove, securing the cleaning brush in the brush holder.

Abstract: An aluminum cleaning tool holder that is rust-proof and may be hung outdoors. The cleaning tool holder has an aluminum profile into which attachment panels featuring rubber rings for hanging may be slid. Attachment panels may feature various numbers of rings and may be mixed and matched according to necessity, with more or fewer rubber rings added. Plastic lids secure the attachment panels in place. Each rubber ring features a series of interior rubber grips which are flexible and thus can accommodate a wide arrange of pole sizes from thick to thin. Additionally, each rubber grip features a hook in the front from which smaller items such as cleaning supplies or other tools may be suspended.

Abstract: A broom with a broom head has flared out bristles projecting therefrom so as to form a leading edge for reaching into confined spaces. The broom head has an opening therethrough to define an integral handle to better control the leading edge and the broomstick is angled away from the leading edge to facilitate entry into confined spaces.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a flexible mop base. The mop base comprises of a top layer and a bottom absorption layer attached to the top layer. The mop base further comprises at least one flexible end, wherein this flexible end is attached to the mop base through an attachment mechanism. The attachment mechanism allows the end to freely rotate from horizontal to perpendicular position with respect to the mop base. The mop base further comprises a handle attached to the top layer and capable of free rotation. The handle has a mop holder socket attached to it, which is also free to rotation to accommodate a user of the mop base when cleaning different surfaces.

Abstract: An elongated handle for a broom or mop having an offset portion defined by two wide radius curves of specified differing radii which blend smoothly into each other near the attachment point for the broom or mop.
