Abstract: The present invention has an object to provide a novel external patch packaging structure which suppresses leakage of a chemical solution at the time of opening a bag material. In an external patch packaging structure obtained by enclosing an external patch in which a support is impregnated with a chemical solution in a bag material, as the bag material, one closed by a heat seal band provided at a periphery is used, the heat seal band includes: an easy-peel seal portion; and a strong seal portion having a higher seal strength than the easy-peel seal portion, and when the easy-peel seal portion is peeled off and the bag material is opened, the strong seal portion restricts a peeling area of the heat seal band, and thus a liquid storage pocket is formed inside the bag material.
Abstract: In a topical adhesive skin patch provided with a support and a base material layer laminated to one or both sides of the support, or in a topical adhesive skin patch intended to be used by placing only a gel sheet against the skin surface, the base material layer or gel sheet includes an oil-in-water type gel base containing at least water, oil, an emulsifier, and a water-absorbent polymer, such that prior to application to the skin surface, the base material layer or gel sheet is opaque due to emulsification of the base material layer or gel sheet, and subsequent to application to the skin surface, moisture contained in the base material layer or gel sheet gradually evaporates causing the opacity of the base material layer or gel sheet to decline over time, so that decline in opacity over time can be visually ascertained.
Abstract: [Purpose] The disclosure provides a package structure of an agent for skin external application, which is unfolded upon the opening of the package structure and very easily separated from the stack structure, and a method of fabricating the package structure for the agent for skin external application. [Constitution] An agent 2 for skin external application is interposed between a film-type base material 3 and a film-type cover material 4, the resultant product is folded by employing the cover material 4 as a folding surface, and the four-layer overlap material including the base material 3-the cover material 4-the cover material 4-the base material 3 provided at a peripheral portion of the folded structure is closed through thermal bonding.
