A narrow hole starts at an inlet port positioned at an end surface or an outer peripheral surface of the shank to run along the axis of rotation of the tool up to a tip end of said tool body and communicates at the boundary of the tip member and the tool body with an outlet port which opens to the terminal ends of ejection grooves.
