  • Patent number: 10472756
Abstract: The invention relates to a tank for washing a warp thread, provided with a device for intensifying the washing effect set in rotation inside the tank. Each device includes a body having cylindrical geometry, having circular cross section, which has a plurality of longitudinal bars arranged along the cylindrical side surface of the device. Between each pair of adjacent bars a longitudinal slit is defined. The body also has a pair of end elements extending radially, forming the opposite bases of the body and configured to support and enclose the bars. The body also has a pair of opposite rotation pins, obtained on the respective outer surfaces of the end elements and that extend along an axial direction and parallel to the direction of extension of the bars. The body also has a tangential turbodynamic flow generator, arranged inside the body and configured to intensify the interchange between the washing liquid and the warp thread through the longitudinal slits during the rotation of the device.

  • Patent number: 10054711
Abstract: With a method of operating a photoelectric sensor a pulsed light beam is sent by an emitter, received by a receiver spaced from the emitter, and converted into a received signal. Measurement values of the received signal are recorded by an evaluation device with the method. The recording of the measurement values is synchronized with the received signal by the evaluation device. Event times of positive and/or negative flanks of pulses of the received signal are identified by a flank detector of the evaluation device here. A controller of the evaluation device to which the event times are sent determines a subsequent event time after an event time if this lies within a time interval around an expected subsequent event time. Synchronisation is carried out of at least two successive event times have been identified. Measurement times are determined from the event times for recording the measurement values.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing coils (9) with longitudinal sections (9a) and narrow deflection bends (9b) by winding wires (8) on winding mandrels (4) with complementary cross sections with the supply of heating energy and subsequent fixing by cooling. To attain the object to rule out the spring rebounds of the coils (9) at the points of narrowest radii of curvature as far as possible and to produce coils (9) with high precision with high efficiency, it is proposed according to the invention that the heating energy is brought to act on the coils (9) at least mainly in the region of the narrow deflection bends (9b). This can be carried out by the targeted application of heating gases or hot air, laser radiation, contact heating, plasma radiation and ultrasound.
