    Abstract: Platelet aggregation inhibiting compositions containing as active agent at least one compound selected from the group consisting of tetrahydroxyaporphine, glaucine containing 50 to 100% l-glaucine, and the physiologically acceptable salts and N-alkyl ammonium salts thereof are disclosed, as is a method for inhibiting platelet aggregation by administration of effective dosages of such compounds admixed with suitable carriers.
