Abstract: A mold and a relative molding process for the manufacture of sporting helmets, in particular cycling helmets. The mold includes a frame provided with at least one molding concavity; a counter frame engageable to the frame to hermetically close the respective molding concavity and allow the execution of at least one molding cycle. The mold further includes at least one intermediate support element for supporting and positioning one or more components of the sporting helmet to be manufactured inside the respective molding concavity of the frame. The intermediate support element is kept inside the respective molding concavity during the entire molding cycle in order to keep the components of the sporting helmet to be manufactured in their assigned positions.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a selective ventilation helmet of the type having a cap structure provided with a plurality of splits which make ventilation channels passing from the inside to the outside of the helmet, A selector is also provided, which is arranged at the splits and moveable with respect to the cap structure between a closing position of the ventilation channels and a position for at least partly opening the ventilation channels, wherein the selector is moveable on a guide integrated in the said cap at the splits.

Abstract: A face protection accessory for work or sports protective helmets is disclosed. The accessory has a support structure having two engagement portions for its engagement to an outer surface of a helmet and a face protection structure, transparent or perforated, to allow a user wearing the helmet to see through the latter. The face protection structure is engageable to the support structure and is removable from the support structure to remove the face protection structure from the helmet or to replace the face protection structure with another different face protection structure.

Abstract: A forehead support band work or sports protective helmets is provided. The band has a structure which is elongated and flexible so as to assume an arched configuration in the mounted condition on a protective helmet. The structure has a first portion intended to permanently face, from the inside, the front part of a helmet on which the forehead support band is mounted and a second portion adapted to engage a user's forehead when the helmet is being used. The structure has an interspace interposed between the first portion and the second portion of the structure to help the aeration at the contact area between the forehead support band and the forehead of a user's head.

The portions of the structure are removably engaged and disengageable to allow the separation of the same or the temporary removal of the second portion or the replacement of the second portion with another second portion identical to the removed one or different from the removed one.

The helmet also has two coupling and decoupling elements for engagement an accessory, such as a visor, a mask, a net or a similar accessory, each of which can be engaged on a lateral portion of the outer surface of structure.
