The adjustment bracket also includes an adjustment screw mounting flange (52), a adjustment screw (53) extending through an adjustment bracket mounting hole (54) and threaded into screw adjustment flange screw hole. Lastly, the adjustment bracket includes four mounting holes (56) extending therethrough and generally in alignment with strap elongated mounting holes (42).

The lower portion includes a plastic, tubular foot (20) having a channel (21) with a t-shaped portion defined by a first portion (22) and a second portion (23). The lower portion also includes a t-shaped metal insert (25) mounted within the t-shaped portion of the channel. The insert is threaded onto the bottom end of the threaded stud for threaded vertical movement along the stud.

    Abstract: A lockable strike for walk-in cold rooms includes a housing that includes a recessed well with openings positioned on opposing sides thereof to accept a locking device therethrough and a deadbolt moveably engaged therein to reciprocally move along a path of travel between an extended position and a retracted position with respect to the housing; and a knob rotatably mounted within the recessed well and having an opening through a handle thereof positioned relative to the openings in the housing to further accept the locking device therethrough thereby preventing the rotation of the knob in a first position, wherein the handle can engage the locking device when it is inserted through the openings in the housing thereby preventing the rotation of the knob in a second position, and the knob is in communication with the deadbolt to move the deadbolt between the extended position and the retracted position when the knob is rotated.

The strap assembly adjustment plate has three countersunk round openings (102) there through. The mounting flange adjustment plate (101) is configured to fit against the exterior facing surface.

A handle is rotatably positioned inside of the doorjamb from which a shaft extends into the deadbolt housing and into operative association with the deadbolt. A longitudinal portion of the handle shaft is made of a low thermal conductive plastic. A keeper is mounted to the door in a position to receive the deadbolt with the door located within the doorjamb.

The support comprises a floor engaging member such as a leg or caster that has a threaded upright stud and a coupling having an internally threaded tubular wall threaded thereon. The support also has at least one set screw threaded channel that extends through the tubular wall and a set screw sized to be threaded through the coupling set screw threaded channel and into setting engagement with the stud. So constructed the coupling may be inserted into a bottom channel of the food service equipment with the floor engaging member stud threaded therein and set at a selected position thereby setting the equipment height.
