Abstract: A retaining pin having a body section with an aperture therein and an actuation mechanism arranged at a first end of the body section. A pin is provided and connected at a first end to the actuation means and extending therefrom, through the aperture of the body section. An outer sleeve is arranged around the pin in contact therewith and the outer sleeve comprises an expandable section that, upon operation of the actuation means, can be expanded from a first dimension to a second dimension, wherein the second dimension is greater than the first.
