The processor generates at least four modified navigation signals by temporally shifting navigation signals relative to one another such that the target location coordinates which can be obtained therefrom correspond to a target location on the basis of the global navigation satellite system. An analyzer then superimposes the at least four modified navigation signals in order to form a modified summation navigation signal and transmits same to the local position transmitters.
