Publication number: 20250046404Abstract: A computer implemented method may collect a set of known drug compounds from a database, and create augmented datasets with labeled and unlabeled chemical data and biological data. A computer implemented method may train a neural network using the expanded training set to generate a prediction score of bioactivity of candidate drug compounds towards the biological target, wherein the contribution of the second plurality of unlabeled samples in training the neural network is scaled by a parameter. A computer implemented method may output one or more refined neural network models capable of generating candidate drug compounds with predicted activity. A computer implemented method may generate a candidate drug compound by inputting a candidate drug compound with chemical data into the trained neural network model.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 1, 2024Publication date: February 6, 2025Applicant: KBR WYLE SERVICES, LLCInventors: Diego Galeano, Afshin Beheshti, Bianca Gonzales Cerqueira, Justin Reese

Patent number: 11892801Abstract: Systems and methods for simultaneous multi-channel off-axis holography are described. Multi-channel imaging systems can include a light system including a plurality of light sources configured to generate illumination and reference beams at a plurality of wavelengths, an illumination system configured to illuminate a target object with the illumination beams, an optical assembly configured to receive a reflected target beam and condition the target beam for recording at an optical imaging system, and a reference system configured to propagate the reference beams to the optical imaging system. The reference beams are interfered with the target beam at the optical imaging system to create interference patterns, which can be recorded in a collective image having a plurality of side lobes. Holographic information in the side lobes can be combined to generate 3D images having a substantially reduced signal to noise ratio.Type: GrantFiled: November 4, 2019Date of Patent: February 6, 2024Assignee: KBR Wyle Services, LLCInventor: James A Georges, III

Patent number: 11627302Abstract: Features for a lightweight stereoscopic viewing client are described. The client can generate accurate ground point coordinates from selections within the lightweight viewer by accumulating the transformations from original image sources to the images used to render the stereoscopic scene to accurately predict error for a point selection. The viewer may also be decoupled from a permanent image store allowing on-demand retrieval of images via a network for stereoscopic viewing.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 2021Date of Patent: April 11, 2023Assignee: KBR WYLE SERVICES, LLCInventors: Brad Hitchcock, Vachara Tatar Nusso, Robert Murray Pardridge, Kenneth Austin Abeloe, Benjamin L. Patent number: 11580159Abstract: Systems and methods for full motion video search are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving one or more search terms. The search terms include one or more of a characterization of the amount of man-made features in a video image and a characterization of the amount of natural features in the video image. The method further includes searching a full motion video database based on the one or more search terms.Type: GrantFiled: January 6, 2022Date of Patent: February 14, 2023Assignee: KBR WYLE SERVICES, LLCInventors: Kenneth A. Patent number: 11496177Abstract: A method and transmission system for amplifying and providing navigation signals. The system comprises a splitter circuit configured to receive a plurality of radio frequency (RF) signals oscillating at at least two different frequencies f1 and f2. The splitter circuit is further configured to split and forward the RF signals having the f1 frequency to a first bandpass filter and the RF signals having the f2 frequency to a second bandpass filter. The system further comprises a first tunable amplifier configured to receive the RF signals from the first bandpass filter. The system further comprises a second tunable amplifier configured to receive the RF signals from the second bandpass filter at substantially the same time as the first tunable amplifier's receipt of the RF signals from the first bandpass filter. The first tunable amplifier is further configured to amplify its RF signals across a first band centered around the frequency f1.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2020Date of Patent: November 8, 2022Assignee: KBR Wyle Services, LLCInventors: Gregory William Gerten, Gary Louis Green, Rachel Eunice Reed, Jared T. Patent number: 10761066Abstract: A system and methods of nondestructive testing are described. The system includes an immersion ultrasonic probe and a laser vibrometer. The immersion ultrasonic probe and a sample are immersed in a fluid contained in an immersion tank and the laser vibrometer is disposed outside of the immersion tank. A tightly focused ultrasonic beam from the immersion ultrasonic probe and a laser beam from the laser vibrometer are both transmitted upon a sample, the laser beam being transmitted through the wall of the immersion tank. Since the ultrasonic beam is tightly focused and the laser beam samples only a small area impinged by the ultrasonic beam, microscopic resolution is obtained.Type: GrantFiled: June 23, 2017Date of Patent: September 1, 2020Assignee: KBR WYLE Services, LLCInventors: Jeong K.
