    Abstract: The present invention provides a water-in-oil polymeric emulsion composition, including: (a) 25 to 65 wt % of a cross-linked polymer; (b) 15 to 40 wt % of an oil; (c) 1 to 12 wt % of a surfactant; and (d) 1 to 40 wt % of water, wherein (a) the cross-linked polymer is polymerized by using 35 to 85 mol % of a 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane-sulfonic acid totally or partially salified by an alkali metal or ammonium, 10 to 50 mol % of acryloyl morpholine, 2 to 25 mol % of an acrylic acid totally or partially salified by an alkali metal or ammonium, and 0.005 to 1 mol % of a polyethylenic monomer used as a cross-linking agent.
