    Abstract: An enclosure of stretch fabric has stitching defining a plurality of parallel elongated pockets each containing a pad of foam plastic having a length of about 30-35 millimeters. The pads adapted to be on the inner and outer sides of the knee as well as the pads adapted to be adjacent a rear surface of the knee have a zone of reduced cross-sectional area. Straps are provided to apply the bandage to the knee of a horse.
