The monocore baffle apparatus includes a monocore frame having an interior section, wherein the interior section is positioned between a first end and a second end of the monocore frame. A shell is positioned about an exterior of the monocore frame. A plurality of tabs is connected to the monocore frame and extends into the interior section, wherein at least a portion of the plurality of tabs is flexibly connected to the monocore frame.
