An exemplary system includes a communication interface configured to receive a floor plan of the property and a neural network model. The system further includes at least one processor configured to obtain structural data of the property based on the floor plan and learn furnishing information by applying the neural network model to the floor plan and the structural data. The furnishing information identifies one or more furnishing objects, positions of the respective furnishing objects placed in the floor plan, and dimensions of the respective furnishing objects. The at least one processor is also configured to generate the furnishing plan for the property based on the furnishing information.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for data collection and model generation of a house. According to the method, when a model of a house is to be established, both collected depth images of the house and pictures of the house are acquired. A virtual three-dimensional model of the house is created by using the depth images, and a panoramic image of a functional space is generated by using the pictures. When a user needs to learn about the structure of the house, the user can view the virtual three-dimensional model created from the depth images; and when the user needs to learn about specific details of a functional space, the user can view the panoramic image of the functional space. The details of a functional space of the house can be displayed, and the structure of the house can be displayed as well, which helps the user to fully learn about the house.

The operations may include determining a field of view (FOV) of a virtual observer of the 3D model based on a view point of the virtual observer in the 3D model. The FOV may cover a subset of the 3D model. The operations may also include determining, based on a floor plan corresponding to the 3D model, feature information of a functional space that at least partially fall within the FOV or connect to the subset of the 3D model covered by the FOV. The operations may further include controlling the display device to display the subset of the 3D model along with the feature information.

The processor constructs a structure polygon mesh based on the point cloud data and constructs a textured polygon mesh by mapping the texture information to the structure polygon mesh. The processor further identifies a hole in the textured polygon mesh based on the mapping and determine an area of the hole is below a predetermined threshold. The processor then identifies boundary polygons in the textured polygon mesh that are contiguous to the hole and estimates texture information of the hole, and repair the textured polygon mesh using the estimated texture information of the hole polygons.
