Abstract: A wire forming apparatus for torsion springs is disclosed. This apparatus comprises servomotors for performing the rotational and axial movement of an arbor and the feeding of a wire, a terminal forming mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a microcomputer for driving the servomotors, the terminal forming mechanism and the cutting mechanism, and various detecting mechanisms disposed at each constructional part for performing feedback control through the microcomputer.
