Abstract: Provided is a dryer for drying hair or the like while evenly spraying a liquid such as a medical agent without causing the same to drip off. The dryer includes: a main body having an air outlet; and an atomizer. The atomizer includes: a container detachably attached to the main body; and an ultrasonic vibration unit close to the air outlet and atomizing the liquid in the container through an ultrasonic vibrator. Disposed around a downstream side of an outlet hole is an absorber with a passage communicated with the outlet hole that is on a downstream side of the ultrasonic vibrator in a casing composing the ultrasonic vibration unit. Formed on an inner wall of the outlet hole are thin grooves extended from the ultrasonic vibrator toward the absorber. Thus, droplets on the inner wall pass through the thin grooves before being absorbed by the absorber via capillary action.
