Abstract: A device for manually moving or displacing sections or sheet metal includes at least one hand lever which has at one end a handle and at the other end a gripping arm connected in an articulated joint to the hand lever so as to be capable of swivelling about a transverse axis. The hand lever further has an abutment located opposite the gripping arm. Frictionally engaging tensioning elements for limiting the free swivelling capability of the gripping arm relative to the hand lever are integrated in the articulated joint between the gripping and the hand lever.
