Abstract: A keyboard is divided into a number of large zones each large zone having a number of small zones. The large zones, together, include substantially all of the letters of a language. A word predictive system analyzes the user's interaction with the large zones relating to the small zones to predict a word.
Abstract: A system of controlling a content comprising a content, a number of controlling conditions and/or a number of controlling means, wherein the visibility of at least portion of said content is defined and controlled by using at least one of said controlling conditions and/or controlling means.
Abstract: A data entry system, having an input interface adapted to identify a plurality of user interactions. The system includes a processor adapted to associate user interactions identified by the input interface with a plurality of letters of the alphabet, such that all the letters of the alphabet are assigned to at most eight user interactions. Most of the letters are assigned to specific user interactions according to one or more features of their shape in their printed form, such that most of the letters assigned to each user interaction have the same shape feature.
Abstract: A data entry system includes a plurality of keys each of which has two or more symbols associated with each key and a means for receiving a second specific input from a user. A third correction key is provided, where a user enters a desired input by pressing one or more of the plurality of keys corresponding to the symbols required for the desired input and further provides a second specific input also relating to at least a portion of the desired input, such that the system produces a response to the desired input by predicting the desired input based on the symbols pressed by the user and based on the second specific input. If the produced response is different than the desired input, the user may press the correction key to scroll through additional less frequent responses from the system also matching the symbols pressed and the second specific input.
Abstract: A data entry system using a number of different input signals provided by interacting with input means such as keys wherein to at least some of the different input signals a number of symbols including substantially all of the letters of the alphabet of one language are distributively assigned such that at least two of the letters are ambiguously assigned to at least one of the some input signals.
Abstract: A data entry system including a plurality of first keys, a plurality of second keys, a display and a processor adapted to interpret a first type of user interaction with the first keys as entrance of one or more characters and to interpret a second type of interaction with the first keys as mode signals which change the meanings of at least three of the second keys.
