Abstract: A latch hook-type positioning device includes a base fixed to a first part of an article. A positioning member is fixed to a second part of the article and includes a hook portion. An end of a pivotal member is pivotably connected to the base. A latch hook unit includes a body, a positioning pin, and a latch bar releasably engaged with the hook portion. The body includes a bottom side having a receiving space and at least one sliding groove at an end of the receiving space. The other end of the pivotal member is pivotably connected to the other end of the receiving space of the body. At least one elastic member is attached between the positioning pin and the latch bar. The latch bar is slideable in the at least one sliding groove to stretch the at least one elastic member, providing a larger tolerance for installation.

Abstract: A pressing type latch device includes a seat, a pivotal seat mounted in the seat, and a handle having a grasping portion pivotably connected to two eccentric locations of the pivotal seat, such that a greater operational height can be formed when the handle is lifted. When the latch device is in one of a plurality of retainable open positions or a retainable closed position, the grasping portion of the handle can be moved to a position to lift the pivotal seat, such that the grasping portion of the handle lies flush with the pivotal seat. On the other hand, when the grasping portion of the handle is lifted to move the pivotal seat downward, the handle and the pivotal seat can rotate freely. Since the latch device includes a closed position and a plurality of open positions, the latch device can be installed and used more easily.

Abstract: An illuminant handrail includes a rod and two fixing seats respectively fixed to two ends of the rod. A fastener is mounted to a bottom of and extends downward from each fixing seat. Two illuminating devices are respectively mounted to the bottoms of the fixing seats. Each illuminating device includes a lamp seat receiving an illuminating unit. The lamp seat of each illuminating device is transparent and includes a top wall and a peripheral wall connected to the top wall. The top wall includes a fixing hole through which one of the fasteners extends. Each illuminating unit includes a lighting unit and a circuit board. Each illuminating unit is mounted between the fixing hole and the peripheral wall of one of the two illuminating devices. The light rays emitted by the illuminating devices transmit through the lamp seats to indicate the position of the handrail.

Abstract: A gas burner is mounted in the base of a surrounding bowl, with an encircling open wire stand for a cooking utensil. A utensil supported on the stand is heated directly by the burner. Optionally, the utensil can be removed and a metal plate supported on the stand, with a top grill rack fitted in the upper portion of the bowl. In that case, heat from the burner is distributed by the metal plate substantially uniformly to the top grill rack for grilling food. Consequently, the composite cooker is quickly and easily convertible for use as a stove to heat a cooking utensil or as a barbecue for grilling.
