Abstract: A polyester film laminated with other polymers to form a sheet. A laminated tube for liquid and paste products such as toothpastes, and the like can be manufactured from said sheet. The laminate comprises an outer polyethylene film, adhesive agent layers, a polyester film, and a composite polyethylene film comprising at least one co-extruded polyethylene layer sandwiched by at least one polyethylene film and an inner polyethylene film.

Abstract: A laminate tube with an invisible longitudinal overlapped side seam formed from overlap welding an edge of one margin of a laminate sheet comprising an outer plastic layer (A), a barrier layer (B), and an inner plastic layer (C) of the same material type as the outer plastic layer (A) to the other edge of the opposite margin of the laminate sheet, such that an inner surface of the laminate tube has a hump in a overlapped region, while an outer surface of the laminate tube is smooth without a hump in the overlapped region; and a process for manufacturing the laminate tube by a laminate tube manufacturing machine. The laminate permits fracture-proof welding of longitudinal margins of said laminate to give a continuous tube which is suitable for manufacturing of high-quality plastic tubes, high-quality plastic bags and the like.

Abstract: It is related to a packaging tube in which a laminate body uses a multilayer barrier film having an ethylene copolymer and a vinyl alcohol (EVOH) layer, and this tube can be used for contents such as cosmetics, hair-dye products, toothpastes, pharmaceutical creams, and so on. It is to provide a bounce-back property, preservation of contents and a flavor barrier property to a tube by forming a tube body from a laminate comprising an inner layer of a polyolefin resin, an intermediate layer of a gas-barrier resin and an outer layer of a polyolefin resin.

Abstract: A laminate sheet, particularly an aluminium-based laminate comprises polyethylene having a density of 0.90-0.96 g/cc, a polyethylene-based film having a melting temperature of less than 240° C.; low density polyethylene in order to provide high adhesion; an aluminium barrier film, and a polyethylene-based film having a sealing property. Furthermore, the laminate sheet may further comprise a blown film or a dry laminate for making a tube and a tube shoulder in order to prevent flavor loss of the products packaged therein and without stress crack.

Abstract: A laminated tubular container is made of a laminated sheet comprising an evaporated film with an evaporated side made of a metal, metal-oxide or an inorganic substance, wherein the evaporate side of the evaporated film is adhesive-laminated with linear low-density polyethylene by using an adhesive agent and is laminated with an adhesive agent and is laminated with another linear low-density polyethylene layer, while the other side of such evaporated film is laminated with films selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, an aluminium foil, a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol, and any combinations thereof. This invention relates to a laminated tubular package capable of packaging contents, such as liquid or creamy cosmetic products and toothpastes.
