Abstract: The optical system for a microscope includes an illumination lens group G11 and an objective optical system. The objective optical system has an objective lens group G12, a first image forming lens group G13, and a second image forming lens group G14, which are disposed in this order from the object side, and satisfies the following conditional expressions. NAL×2?NAO?NAL×15 . . . (1); 0.01?NAL?0.1 . . . (2); and 25?MO?100 . . . (3), where NAL denotes the numerical aperture of the illumination lens group G11, NAO denotes the numerical aperture of the objective lens group G12, and MO denotes the image-formation magnification of the objective lens group G12.
Abstract: A cassette for use in dispensing a pleated tubing. The cassette includes an annular body having a generally U shaped housing with an open central cylindrical core. The annular body includes an inner wall, an angular wall a bottom wall and an outer wall. The annular cover has an outer wall and a ledge that extends radially inward from the outer wall and over the annular body that defines a gap between an inner edge of the ledge and the inner wall of the annular body. An inter-engagement mechanism is provided on the annular body and on opposite edges of the annular cover that cooperates to secure the cover to the body. At least one aperture is provided in the angular wall to enable ventilation of the air.

Abstract: An enclosed containment apparatus for infection control in postmortem settings, comprising a table having a work surface, an hermetically sealed chamber assembly on the top of the table to provide a hermetically sealed environment above the work surface. The chamber comprises a door for providing access to work surface when opened in order to place a body within the interior of the chamber on the work surface, gloves extending into the chamber for working on the body, a transparent portion through which the work surface is visible, means for introducing decontaminant fluid into the interior of the chamber and means for draining the fluid away from the apparatus.
Abstract: Injury protective pants to protect the pelvic hip and thigh area of the gymnast while learning various wrapping skills on uneven parallel bars. A pouch is provided on the inside of the front portion of the gymnast pants for receiving two layers of foam of different density to enable variable degrees of protection against injury of the thigh, hip or pelvic area.
