Abstract: Clip assemblies for securing articles to frames include a clip body having a first end and a second end, the first end having an engagement surface, a clip lever moveably secured to the clip body having a handle and a clip claw rotatably associated with the clip body and moveable to and away from the engagement surface of the clip body, wherein at least a portion of the handle of clip lever is located above the clip claw so that when the clip assembly in an engaged position, the handle is substantially flush with at least a portion of the clip body.
